龙腾资本创始人及管理合伙人

杨小雯是龙腾资本创始人和管理合伙人。曾任职于全球性著名投资银行JP摩根等，拥有20年以上在纽约、香港和中国国内从事创投、投资银行和基金管理的经验。作为中国最早也是最成功的风险投资行业的投资人之一，她在投资行业，尤其是TMT（电信、媒体和高科技）行业积累了丰富经验。2000至2003年担任香港电讯盈科风险投资部投资总监期间，曾成功投资了腾讯科技的A轮等项目。

Shirley Yeung (SOM '93)

Founder and Managing Partner of Dragonrise Capital

Ms. Yeung is the founder and Managing Partner of Dragonrise Capital based in Shanghai, China. In the past 20 years she has been instrumental in investments in and financing of a number of high profile and successful Chinese internet startups which are now multi-billion dollar public companies, impacting the daily lives of almost all Chinese citizens today.

Prior to her return to mainland China, Shirley was Director of Venture Investments at PCCW in Hong Kong from 2000 to 2003. Before that she worked for JP Morgan as a Vice President in Equity Capital Markets Group in Hong Kong office from 1997 to 2000.

中国国际金融股份有限公司董事总经理及投资管理委员会副主席

陈十游女士现任中金公司董事总经理及投资管理委员会副主席，在投资和投资银行方面拥有二十多年的经验。陈女士于2006年底重新创建中金公司的直接投资业务。到目前为止，中金公司境内外管理3千亿人民币规模的PE资金。

With over 20 years’ experience in investment and investment banking, Ms. Shirley Chen now serves as Managing Director and Vice Chair of Investment Committee at CICC. At the end of 2006, Ms. Chen recreated CICC’s private equity business, which now has over USD 43 billion under management.

HarbourVest 董事总经理及中国区总裁

单丽红现任HarbourVest Partners董事总经理兼中国区负责人，主要致力于私募股权母基金、二级市场及共同直接投资。加盟HarbourVest之前，单丽红一直担任摩根大通亚太区投资银行部董事总经理以及亚洲高科技投资银行部负责人。她于1997年在耶鲁大学获得MBA学位，也是美国高端智库Aspen Institute China Fellowship的成员。

Sally Shan (SOM '97)

Managing Director and Head of China, HarbourVest Partners

Ms. Sally Shan focuses on private equity fund of funds investment, secondary markets and direct coinvestment deals. Prior to HarbourVest, Ms. Shan held various senior management positions in Lehman Brothers and J. P. Morgan. Ms. Shan received MBA degree from Yale School of Management in 1997. She is a member of Aspen Institute China Fellowship.

孟亮 （耶鲁管理学院97届校友）

上达资本创始合伙人

孟亮是上达资本的创始管理合伙人，专注于中国市场的私募股权投资管理。在此之前，他为德劭集团（The D. E. Shaw Group）的全球董事总经理，创立并全权负责管理德劭集团的亚洲投资总部。他还曾任摩根大通（亚太）投资银行的董事总经理、中国区联席主管，负责所有和中国相关的投资银行业务。目前孟亮为耶鲁大学Donaldson学者，管理学院大中华区顾问委员会联席主席，耶鲁北京中心顾问委员会职权委员。

Liang Meng (SOM '97)

Founding Managing Partner of Ascendent Capital Partners

Prior to founding Ascendent Capital Partners, Mr. Meng was a Managing Director of D. E. Shaw & Co., where he started and managed the firm’s Hong Kong office and was founder and CEO of D. E. Shaw’s Greater China Private Equity Unit. Before joining the D. E. Shaw group, Mr. Meng was a managing director of JP Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited and co-head of that firm’s China investment banking activities. He served on JP Morgan’s Asia Pacific M&A Committee and China Business Engagement Committee. During his over a decade investment banking career, Mr. Meng led and completed over US$40 billion equity, debt, hybrid, and restructuring transactions in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Mr. Meng earned his M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, where he currently is the Co-Chairman of the Greater China Advisory Board. Mr. Meng is a Donaldson Fellow of the Yale School of Management.

蔡大庆（耶鲁管理学院98届校友 ）

夏尔巴投资创始人/管理合伙人

蔡大庆现任夏尔巴投资的创始人/管理合伙人。之前他曾任君联资本董事总经理，是医疗投资团队负责人之一。蔡大庆专注于健康医疗领域的投资，主导投资的项目包括贝瑞和康（000710.SZ）、信达（HKE: B(01801)）等十多家企业。他曾多次被评为中国医疗健康投资者前十名，2017年被评为福布斯中国风投50人之一，并在2018年当选中国医疗投资50人论坛（H50）轮值联席主席。蔡大庆在美国加州大学伯克利分校获博士学位，在美国耶鲁大学获MBA学位，在中国科学技术大学获理学学士学位。

Darren Cai （SOM '98 ）

Dr. Daqing (Darren) Cai is a founder/Managing Partner of Sherpa Healthcare Partners. Before that he was a MD at Legend Capital and led the Healthcare investment team. Dr. Cai focuses on investment opportunities in the healthcare sector and he led LC's investments in a dozen of companies including BerryGenomics (000710.SZ), Innovent (HKE: B (01801)) etc. Dr. Cai received multiple awards for Top 10 Healthcare Investors in China. He was one of Forbes Best VC Investors in China in 2017. In 2018, he was elected Co-Chairman of Healthcare Investors 50 (H50) for 2018-19. Dr. Cai holds a Ph.D. degree from UC Berkeley; an MBA from Yale; and a B.S. degree from USTC.
